Hirebook's GDPR Commitment
We support the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and commit to helping Hirebook customers and users to comply with the GDPR. The GDPR is a comprehensive EU data privacy law that protects the right to privacy for European citizens. In addition to standardizing user data privacy across the EU nations, it raises the bar for data protection, security, and compliance, for all organizations that handle EU citizens' personal data, regardless of where the organizations are located.
GDPR Compliance
To meet GDPR's requirements, our team has ensured Hirebook's operations and contractual commitments to help our customers comply with the regulation. Some of the actions Hirebook has taken include:
- Updates to contractual terms.
- Updates to security processes and policies, in addition to beginning the process of gaining relevant certifications.
- Offering a way for customers to easily request data deletion, data transfer, and data amendments.
